Logistics Coordinator



Your Mission



Join the dynamic operations team at 4th Dimension Group, where your role as Logistics Coordinator will be pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transport of motorcycles across our repair and support network. From planning routes to supporting drivers and liaising with our partner businesses, you'll be at the heart of our logistics engine.



Key Responsibilities



Monitor and support daily logistics operations--both in-office and on the road Plan contingencies and adapt to real-time challenges Handle 50+ calls daily to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders Allocate and issue driver routes using our in-house systems Ensure policyholders are informed of and pay any excess or additional charges Collaborate with the Driver Team Leader to uphold vehicle cleanliness and conduct standards Liaise with Farnham Honda, Ride Nation, and Surrey Motorcycle Salvage to meet their transport needs Identify and implement safety and efficiency improvements

The Essentials



Location: Egham, Surrey Salary: 27,000 - 29,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, Shift Patterned (Earliest start: 7:00am | Latest finish: 6:30pm) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
