Role Overview




We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at Rightangled. In this role, you will support the day-to-day logistics operations, including stock control, inventory management, and order fulfilment. You will work closely with our supply chain partners, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of goods, with a focus on maintaining stock accuracy and supporting efficient dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with managing and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy across systems and physical locations Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including checking stock against purchase orders and tracking shipments Perform regular stock takes and cycle counts, identifying and reporting any discrepancies Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of inventory and stock movement using inventory management systems Liaise with warehouse staff and couriers to resolve delays, damages, or other logistical issues Prepare and maintain stock reports for internal use and management reviews Support procurement and restocking activities by flagging low stock and assisting with purchase orders Ensure packaging and dispatch of customer orders is done in line with service standards and SLA requirements Maintain a clean and organised stock area and support with logistical aspects of product launches and seasonal stock changes Adhere to health and safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in logistics processes

Requirements



Requirements



Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing or stock control role (internships or part-time roles also considered) Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Excel and inventory management systems (training provided if necessary) Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the operations function Physically able to assist with stock handling
