About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly team in Henley-on-Thames. This is a key role supporting our field-based trainers and liaising with clients to arrange training courses across the UK and internationally.
You'll need to be confident managing multiple logistics tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. If you've previously worked in a logistics, training coordination, or administrative planning role - we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm training schedules and diary details with field-based trainers (via phone and email)
Liaise with clients to schedule courses and respond to enquiries
Send course confirmations and joining instructions (including costings and course content)
Organise UK and international travel (flights, accommodation, car hire, etc.)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system
Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages when required
Provide reliable administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in logistics, scheduling, or administration
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience working with a CRM system (preferred)
