NV Cargo is a leading provider of bonded warehousing and customs clearance services, supporting seamless import/export delivery for e-commerce clients and Amazon sellers across Europe. With dedicated in-house teams in the UK and Belgium, and secure, modern facilities, we ensure reliable and compliant logistics solutions for cross-border trade.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support

daily inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring efficient cargo flow

Maintain detailed records

regarding the movement and location of freight, containers, and staff activities

Ensure compliance

with regulations for hazardous goods shipment and handling within the facility

Coordinate wave picking

processes for effective order fulfillment

Execute one-piece fulfillment

for Chinese clients, providing seamless and efficient service

Process import and export documentation

in collaboration with in-house customs clearance teams, supporting the smooth movement of goods between countries

Obtain customs clearance

by preparing and submitting required paperwork to internal clearance specialists .

Liaise with internal departments,

such as customs and FBA teams, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cargo processing

Requirements

Experience in logistics operations, warehouse coordination, or related roles Proficiency in maintaining and organizing operational records and documentation Knowledge of hazardous goods handling/storage regulations Familiarity with wave picking, picking systems, and order fulfillment for e-commerce clients Experience processing import/export and customs documentation is an asset

Fluency in both Chinese and English

(essential for communication and documentation tasks) Strong attention to detail, organization, and team collaboration

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
