The WEP Clinical Logistics Coordinator is responsible for efficiently coordinating and processing shipment orders, ensuring that all logistics activities comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This role manages shipment documentation, ERP administration, freight bookings, and shipment tracking to support the timely and accurate delivery of goods. The Logistics Coordinator is a key operational support within the supply chain, facilitating communication and coordination between internal teams and external freight providers.

What You'll Do:



Accurately and efficiently process shipment orders, completing all required steps for successful and timely dispatch. Review shipment documentation for completeness and accuracy; request amendments as needed and provide final approval prior to shipment release. Maintain and administer ERP systems related to sales orders, shipment processing, and inventory management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Coordinate freight shipments, including booking domestic shipments using integrator shipping services such as DHL and FedEx. Monitor and track shipment statuses, proactively communicating any delays or issues to internal and external stakeholders. Manage proof of delivery (PoD) documents and temperature printouts, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to quality and compliance standards. Depending on location and business need, we may occasionally provide backup support to warehouse operations to help ensure the continuity of shipments and day-to-day logistics activities.

What You'll Need:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain environments Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail; highly process-driven with a focus on accuracy and consistency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external freight providers Solid understanding of domestic and international freight operations, including familiarity with shipping documentation and customs requirements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Collaborative team player with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination Commitment to compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement in logistics processes
