Job Description

Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to deliver on-site support across our full range of Commercial LES products. You will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through hands-on commissioning, health checks, fault finding, and investigative work.

You'll work independently or as part of a team, delivering technical solutions and detailed reports while always maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Use the available systems to monitor outbound deliveries and customer returns into the warehouse to ensure all delays or issues are picked up and resolved promptly. Take ownership of these issues and work with colleagues and LSPs to resolve them promptly and effectively. Create routine KPI reports on delivery/return performance. Investigate specific incidents as required and recommend corrective or remedial actions. Identify continuous improvement areas, develop improvement ideas and follow them through to completion. Contribute to a positive, high quality service culture within the Logistics Department.
