Booking vessel in and out of the port, and arranging related services
Arranging and managing client requested services
Completion of all relevant vessel clearance documentation
Advising Customs of the ship's arrival and reporting the cargo on board
Quayside coordination of loading and discharging of cargo and the safe handling of equipment
Ship's husbandry
Handling ship services including fuel, repairs, and maintenance
Sourcing of supplies and spare parts
Tracking of services and costs
Input, retrieving, and reporting of data
Proactively assisting colleagues and undertaking ad hoc duties, as required

Required to be able to travel when needed (UK and abroad)
Work evenings, nights and weekends when required
Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities
Ability to work alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while positively contributing to the wider team
Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support
Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Clean driving licence
Successful candidate will be provided with company car, mobile phone, laptop/IT equipment.
Salary based on experience.
