We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage our end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products to our warehouses and key partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound Logistics + Supplier Coordination



Logging Purchase Orders raised with suppliers and reconciling stock received to Purchase Order after receipt.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure all shipments are accurate, on schedule, and properly documented. Manage the daily relationship with our freight forwarding partner, providing customs information, booking deliveries, and tracking all inbound shipments. Monitor and communicate global shipping delays, as well as any duty and tariff changes that may affect logistics timelines or costs.

Delivery Planning + Operational Reporting



Maintain and update the company-wide Delivery Schedule, ensuring all relevant teams are informed of changes. Manage and update Intake Summaries and contribute to regular Cashflow Reporting. Assist the Accounts team with end-of-period reports and ensure all supplier invoices are accurately logged and reconciled.

Goods In & Warehouse Coordination



Work closely with the Goods In team to streamline delivery receipt processes. Ensure packing lists are received and deliveries reconciled. Flag and communicate any quality or packing issues with suppliers. Forecast shipment volumes ahead of peak trading periods to ensure internal teams are prepared and the warehouse is working within capacity.

System Management



Act as the master user for our WMS/ERP system (Fulfil), ensuring accurate data entry and process adherence. Collaborating across teams to ensure we are fully utilizing our systems + processes.

Wholesale Fulfilment & Partner Support



Work closely with the Wholesale team to ensure timely delivery of stock for both new and existing partners, expediting shipments with suppliers when needed. Coordinate the shipping of palletised wholesale orders, ensuring all documentation, labelling, and booking requirements are met. Manage and support the returns process for overseas wholesale partners, liaising with couriers, customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth handling and accurate reconciliation.

Stock Clearance & Sustainability



Manage and coordinate dead stock through charity donations or clearance channels in line with company sustainability goals.

Amazon FBA & Inventory Monitoring



Produce weekly reporting for Amazon FBA accounts. Monitor stock levels, initiate recalls, and ensure accurate inventory alignment.

Key Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role - ideally within the ecommerce/ Fashion industry. Strong understanding of international shipping, customs documentation, and freight management. Excellent Excel and data management skills; experience with WMS/ERP systems is essential. Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving. Previous experience with Shopify desirable.
