Job Overview:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. You will manage daily deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels, create invoices, assist with client meetings and wine events, and perform general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing hands-on tasks with essential office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliveries & Logistics:
Manage and carry out timely client deliveries
Plan delivery routes and communicate updates to clients
Stock & Inventory:
Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed
Perform regular inventory checks
Invoicing & Admin:
Generate and track invoices
Maintain organised records and assist with logistics reports
Client Engagement & Events:
Represent the brand at client meetings and events
Help plan and support wine tastings and promotional activities
General Admin Support:
Handle data entry, correspondence, and other office tasks
Assist with additional duties as required
Workly Closely with the managing director to promote the new wine club
Requirements:
Experience in logistics or hospitality (wine/spirits industry a plus)
Essential typing skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Zoom
Clean, valid driver's license
