Overview



Here at MHP trading we are looking for an enthusiastic & organised person to join our office team as a transport/ sales administrator.

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations along with customer emails and telephone calls with internal staff and external customers.

Duties



- Working with the head of operations to book & coordinate multiple transport shipments daily, both inbound and outbound

-Create and interpret data via Microsoft Excel to maximise storage and identify stock trends within the business

- Sales Administration Support For Sales Team

- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and clerical work, such as creating Purchase Orders

- Handle phone calls from external and internal stakeholders

What we want from you:



-On the job trading will be provided, but, previous experience within a similar role is a plus
- Previous experience in an office setting is desirable, but, not essential
- Strong computer skills especially within Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills to manage office operations and coordinate transport effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,400.00-27,100.00 per year
