Goodman Bros is seeking a highly organised and proactive

Logistics & Sales Administrator

to join our growing team at our Wisbech head office.
This is a key role ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders, stock, and international shipments across our brands and trading divisions.

We're looking for someone with strong experience using

inventory management and WMS systems

, ideally within a product-based or distribution environment, and with working knowledge of

overseas shipping, customs, and freight coordination

.

Working at the heart of our operations, you'll support both our logistics and sales teams to ensure every customer order -- from independent jewellers to national retail partners -- is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Process customer and supplier orders using our inventory/WMS platforms (Unleashed experience advantageous) Coordinate daily dispatches with warehouse and courier partners (UK and international) Prepare export and customs documentation, including commercial invoices and Certificates of Origin Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to track inbound and outbound shipments Maintain accurate stock records, delivery schedules, and backorder reports Support the sales team with customer updates, order tracking, and documentation Produce reports and analysis in Excel for management and forecasting Assist with invoicing, credit notes, and account administration Provide general administrative and operational support across departments

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales administration (distribution/wholesale background preferred) Strong working knowledge of

inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS)

; ERP experience a plus Understanding of

international shipping, freight booking, and customs documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
