Due to expansion we are once again looking to recruit another experienced and forward thinking Sales Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for:
dealing with incoming calls from customers regarding bathroom products
taking and fielding calls
assisting customer queries regarding orders via the telephone and by email
making calls to resolve queries
relaying customer feedback
informing the Sales Office Manager of any customer complaints or issues
liaising regularly with accounts, logistics and warehouse teams
assisting your team with general admin
liaising with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries
ensuring office procedures are followed correctly regarding orders and returns
Your will possess:

the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

strong attention to detail skills
the ability to follow processes efficiently
Working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (30 mins lunch)
A full induction will be given but it is essential that you have previous office administration experience to qualify for this role.
