We are seeking an experienced and reliable

Logistics Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate all on-site logistics activities. You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, supervising delivery processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication are essential for this role.

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Pay Rate:

53,000 per annum

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all logistics and delivery operations on site Plan, schedule, and manage deliveries to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption Act as a key point of contact for tenants, suppliers, and delivery drivers Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and kept up to date Monitor logistics workflows and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with site procedures, company policies, and Health & Safety regulations Conduct regular operational checks and audits, escalating concerns to the Site Manager Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies professionally Maintain clear records and produce reports as required Support site management with any additional logistics-related duties as requested
