We are seeking a confident and dedicated
Logistics Supervisor
to oversee the daily distribution and storage of goods within the Food & Beverage department at
LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the safe running of our back-of-house logistics operations to ensure safe and efficient product delivery and storage.
Shift opportunities include:
Full time, Fully Flexible
Regular shifts start from 7am, working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Flexibility to support the team during busy periods or when business needs require

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Logistics Supervisor would include...
Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring efficient back-of-house operations
Liaise with delivery drivers and suppliers each morning to coordinate deliveries and collections
Supervise the unloading and safe storage of stock, ensuring all deliveries are signed for, temperature-checked, and quality-checked
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all back-of-house areas
Manage the storage and removal of redundant equipment and stock, keeping back-of-house areas clean and safe
Reject deliveries that do not meet quality or safety standards and escalate issues to senior management
Keep accurate records of all deliveries and stock movements and report discrepancies or concerns
Ensure all back of house areas comply with health, safety, and food safety standards
Conduct routine checks to maintain the integrity of storage areas and equipment
Support the team in upholding safe working practices at all times
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
Ability to lift and move materials, including heavy items, in a safe manner
Knowledge of stock control procedures, including FIFO, and best practices for storage and food safety
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
Drivers within the team must be over 25 for insurance purposes
A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
