Do you have a passion for the aviation industry and leading a team towards success? Aviation Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team as a lost and found agent, This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take their career to new heights.



The Lost & Found Agent is responsible for managing and processing items that passengers have lost or misplaced within the airport or on aircraft.

Your primary goal is to facilitate the recovery and return of lost items to their rightful owners.###

Key Responsibilities





Organisational skills Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction Ability to excel under pressure of meeting extreme deadlines Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Able to solve daily problems and make quick decisions within the operation Learn and utilise Lost and Found Software Must be able to work varied hours Weekends and Holidays required Detail oriented and well organized Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 70 lbs. May include long periods of standing and walking Time availability and 24H work shift pattern. You may be asked to assist in other parts of operation as and when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Previous experience

in a similar position would be advantageous or in a customer service-related field.

Customer Service:

with a strong ability to assist, communicate effectively and handle passengers in stressful situations.

Attention to detail and ownership:

accurately documenting and handling of lost items and following through until items are successfully return, or the situation is resolved.

Computer Literacy:

in using tracking systems and reporting.

Problem solving ability

to address issues and customer concerns.
