Job Description

As a local charity, our weekly lottery is a key income stream and community connection that helps fund our caring services and we're looking for a well-organised, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our busy, fun and ambitious lottery team.



As the organisational backbone of the lottery office, you'll provide proactive and efficient administrative and business support, assist day-to-day administration and process players' lottery payments and entries for our two raffle campaigns.



With an eye for detail and a head for systems and processes, you'll be a whiz with IT, comfortable in data management, handling payments and preparing cash and cheques for banking.



You'll have a passion for great customer service and your excellent interpersonal skills will help build relationships and strengthen our network of supporters through a variety of communications, including dealing directly with players on the phone.
