With customer service at the heart of what you do, you'll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you'll set the tone for each guest's experience.

You'll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You'll play your part in getting the world moving again and brining families together!

Role Responsibility

To provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Emirates Lounge customers satisfaction. Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period. Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan. Assist the chef with some food preparations for example fruit plates, cheese boards etc. Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours. Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.

35 hours per week

13 per hour

Shift work - 2 early 5.30am - 14.30pm and 2 x late 14:15pm - 22.30pm (winter change to 1 hour earlier)

4 days on 2 days off
