Lounge Supervisor you will assist with the smooth operational running of the all-day dining service in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks as Lounge Supervisor will include but will not be limited to:


Assist with the smooth operational running of the all-day dining service. Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them. Run and participate in briefings and team meetings; sharing any insights you may have for the team. To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations. To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome. To offer continued support, training and development to your team and to work collaboratively with them. To have thorough knowledge of The Lounge dining menu. To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
