Love Luxury - Hermes & Watch Sales & Admin Associate

Knightsbridge, London

Full-Time | 5 or 6 Days a Week | 10am - 7pm

28,000 - 32,000 + Commission (after month 6)

Love Luxury is London's leading luxury resale destination, specialising in Hermes handbags, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and fine jewellery. We are seeking a mature, professional, and highly driven Sales & Admin Associate to join our flagship Knightsbridge store.

The Role:

o? ?Sell Hermes handbags and luxury watches in-store to high-profile clientele, providing a premium and knowledgeable service

o? ?Deliver an exceptional, discreet, and fully personalised client experience tailored to the needs of luxury buyers

o? ?Accurately complete all sales documentation and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail

o? ?Collaborate closely with the Love Luxury team to consistently meet sales targets and uphold the brand's high standards

o? ?Manage and contribute to social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement

o? ?Use photography skills to assist with product authentication and visual content for digital platforms

Who We're Looking For:

o? ?Strong interest in Hermes and luxury retail is essential

o? ?Proven retail experience (luxury retail background highly desirable)

o? ?London-based, professional, and client-focused

o? ?Confident, organised, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills

Details:

o? ?Full-time position, 5 or 6 days a week, 10am - 7pm

o? ?Salary 28,000 - 32,000 + commission from month 6 onwards (once fully trained)

o? ?A few paid trial days will be required before final hiring decision

o? ?Start ASAP or within 4 weeks if notice period applies
