Overview

We are seeking an experienced Low Loader Driver to join our logistics and civil engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and happy to multi task This role involves transporting heavy loads safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate would be happy driving any of the vehicles in our fleet as and when required. Responsibilities

Operate low loader trucks and other heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, plant to load and unload materials. Transport goods securely across construction sites, warehouses, while adhering to safety protocols. Perform loading and unloading of materials using RF scanners, order pickers, and other warehouse management systems. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Coordinate with yard and site supervisors and team members to optimize load planning and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, loads, and equipment usage.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments. Prior experience operating heavy equipment and CPCS OR NPORS is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of materials handling procedures including load & unload tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. This position requires a dedicated individual committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 18.00-23.00 per hour
