Repair Assistant

Responsibilities:

Engages with the team and drives teamwork. Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset. Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately. Perform efficient and high-quality repairs. Maintain a net and organised workspace. Stay up to date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies Communicate politely and clearly with customers that come to the repair studio and those who call or message.

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

Flexible availability Positive can-do attitude. Confident using Microsoft Teams and what's app business. Patient and able to work under pressure.

Job Specifics:

Location: Samsonite, Oxford Street

Pay: Hourly + Bonus & Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week.
