Lunchtime Assistant City Nursery
Job Description
We have a position available at our City Centre Nursery.
This position is all year round.
Hours - 930-230
Childcare Qualification Level 1 or 2 would be an advantage.
Must be flexible.
To cover staff lunches.
Support and encourage effective lunchtimes with children.
To look after the welfare of children over the lunch time period, helping to clear away food, wash pots and put away.
Being aware of responsibilities under child protection legislation, and reporting concerns to a Senior Supervisor or the Childcare Operations Manager.
To support and provide positive learning experiences for the children in your care. To support children's sleep time routines.
We can support the successful candidate to do a L2/L3 childcare qualification.
Enhanced Police Check will be carried out for the successful candidate, this is a cost to you.
