We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Lunchtime Supervisor
By creating a structured and supportive environment, Lunchtime Supervisors help students navigate social interactions, develop important life skills, and enjoy their free time in a safe setting. Their duties include facilitating inclusive play activities and providing emotional support to students who may struggle with the unstructured nature of break times.
We are looking for:
Individuals that are able to support our students, either individually or in groups over the lunchtime period. We want staff that are able to set up and co-ordinate play activities, supervise young people in designated areas across the school and contribute to their health, safety and wellbeing.
We welcome applicants that are confidently able to establish and maintain relationships with individuals and groups and promote their social and emotional development.

Salary and Hours
Hours: 11:30am - 1:30pm 5 days per week - Monday to Friday
Salary: 6,133-6,904 (includes SEN allowance) Actual annual salary per annum
Selly Oak pay scale - Band B, Points 9 -18 - Pay scale is available on the school website.
Contract type: Fixed term until 31st December 2026
