Ormonde Jayne, a luxury British perfumery (ormondejayne.com) is looking for a self-starter and an individual who will thrive working as the Account Manager for Selfridges London.
The applicant will be hands on, energetic and fit a 'family' team environment ensuring you are self-motivated and hit the ground running to deliver the high standards that are expected by our clients. You must be able to take full responsibility for driving your personal sales with an eye for detail and a warmth that resonates with the team in store. You will also increase brand awareness, build customers loyalty whilst maintaining the standards of Selfridges.
Fragrance training is preferred but not essential.
Full time - 37.5hrs per week
Sunday - Saturday Competitive Salary

Responsibilities:
Be passionate about the industry and their products within the brand
Successfully manage a single-person account, able to drive sales and conduct basic reporting.
Assume responsibility for delivering sales targets and associated key performance indicators (KPIs)
Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Effective time management with a high level of professionalism, reflected in presence and communication
Make sure stock levels are maintained correctly
Excellent customer service
