As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service and outreach.

Duties

Engage with customers in various settings to promote our brand and products. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers. Assist in marketing initiatives by participating in events, promotions, and campaigns. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the brand's offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A genuine passion for the brand and its products, demonstrating enthusiasm in all interactions. Previous Luxury Brand experience
