Role Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Luxury Contract Sales Specialist

focused on specification. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth by leveraging strategic vision, cultivating key relationships, managing impactful projects, and expanding our market presence across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Vision & Commercial Strategy (with Management Collaboration):



Develop and oversee sales budgets, ensuring the implementation of effective sales tools. Serve as a key reference on specification practices, including training and upskilling of team members. Establish and maintain strategic pricing structures for the market.

2. Execution of Specification Actions:



Lead specialized contract negotiations. Adapt pricing strategies according to project scope and client profiles (e.g., purchasing agencies vs. specifiers). Utilize tools such as samples and pattern books to enhance market penetration. Support and expand the development of Casamance, Misia & Camengo brands through data-driven analytics.

3. Project Management:



Drive and oversee key projects in both the commercial and residential sectors. Foster strong engagement with designers, procurement teams, and buyers to maximize our brand's specification. Adopt a "Hunter, Follower, Closer" approach to maintain a competitive edge. Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate client data management. Conduct regular follow-ups and engage with key actors, including lunch-and-learn sessions and showroom collaborations.

4. Product Involvement & Competitive Insights:



Contribute to product customization and enhancements based on market needs. Analyze competitors and provide valuable feedback for product development and innovation.

5. Client Success & Prospecting:



Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in luxury markets, including fashion, hotels, and real estate. Collaborate closely with client services to ensure seamless project continuity, contract management, and engagement with key clients.

6. Trade Show & Event Participation:



Define objectives and represent Casamance at high-profile trade shows and industry events. Identify and seize potential opportunities at key events like Clerkenwell Design Week and HIX.

7. Showroom Collaboration:



Partner with the SR team to support alternative project needs, quotes, and tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications:



Proven track record in sales, project management, and business development within a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or INES. Strategic thinker with a keen analytical mindset, adept at handling complex projects. Deep understanding of industry trends and commitment to building meaningful client relationships. Proficiency in French is an asset but not mandatory.

Pay: 39,677.00-60,000.00 per year
