We are seeking a talented individual with proven event management experience and a strong sales background to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling, planning, and delivering weddings at the stunning
Davenport House
in Bridgnorth.
Key Responsibilities:
On-the-Day Support & Progression to Manage Your Own Weddings:
Assist Wedding Planners in delivering exceptional wedding days, with progression to managing your own portfolio of couples. Prepare documentation to ensure all departments are aligned, and work closely with clients to deliver decor, logistics, and planning to the highest standard.
Lead Follow-Up:
Respond promptly to new enquiries by phone and email, building rapport and driving conversions.
Venue Show Rounds:
Host engaging tours of Davenport House, showcasing its features and answering questions to secure bookings.
Proposals & Packages:
Create and send tailored wedding proposals, pricing packages, and availability details to prospective couples.
Sales & Planning Administration:
Manage CRM systems, maintain accurate client records, track communications, and organise appointments.
Bookings & Contracts:
Negotiate and finalise bookings, prepare contracts, collect deposits, and complete all associated sales paperwork.

Requirements
Proven track record in sales, consistently securing new business and meeting/exceeding targets.
Event management experience.
Skilled in qualifying, pursuing, and closing sales leads.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and remain calm under pressure.
Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating magical events.
