As a LX Practitioner, you will be an essential part of our educational team, filling in for regular classroom teachers as needed. We are looking for adaptable and skilled educators who can maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere while following established lesson plans. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers seeking flexibility in their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Be Adaptable to various subjects, grade levels, and teaching styles. Provide support and assistance to students in their learning activities. Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents. Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a classroom teacher. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teaching materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Availability for on-call assignments. Willingness to teach various subjects and grade levels. Flexibility to work on short notice.``` Duties:- Educate and instruct students in a classroom setting- Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines- Provide individualized instruction to students with special education needs- Work with students on the autism spectrum, using specialized techniques and strategies- Conduct tutoring sessions to support students' academic progress- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress- Mentor and guide students in their personal and academic development- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment- Encourage creativity through activities such as creative writing exercisesRequirements: Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
