CL SC Part Leader

to join their business in the UK.

LX Pantos is a global freight forwarding and supply chain specialist now seeking to appoint an experienced level of Air & Ocean Import / Export Clerk to join our busy team in Slough. You will join in International Freight Forwarding Team that deals with mainly Import & Export operations and customs mainly from Asia or to Asia for very specific High Street Names.

Location: MPN4 Westland Way, Magna Park, Lutterworth LE17 4UE

Language skills: English(Able to communicate in all situations), Korean(language proficiency at the native level)

1. Objectives



To effectively plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations and activities of the W&D warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance. This includes training, assigning, supervising, and evaluating warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.Responsibilities:

Manage and process daily inbound and outbound orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution. Communicate clearly with warehouse teams, providing detailed instructions and operational support. Liaise with HQ, warehouse supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination throughout the logistics process. Provide backup support for team members during absences or holidays. Prepare and manage logistics-related documents and reports required by HQ and clients. Analyze inbound/outbound data to identify trends and operational improvements. Resolve issues promptly and implement effective corrective actions.

Warehouse Management & Supervision



Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of goods. Train, assign, supervise, and evaluate assigned warehouse staff, ensuring performance and productivity standards are met. Oversee the processing of requisitions, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain adequate inventory levels. Route, schedule, and prepare delivery orders; monitor loading, deliveries, and pick-ups. Maintain and update accurate inventory records, logs, and reports. Monitor automated warehousing systems, enter data, correct errors, and manage operational dashboards. Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and specialized equipment. Enforce health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assist management in developing warehouse standards and procedures; provide input for budget needs and supply procurement. Maintain regular attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

2. Other Requirements



Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination. Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics databases is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and guide team members effectively. Solid understanding of warehousing, stock control methods, and operational procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data-handling and reporting ability. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership. Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach. Effective communicator, able to coordinate smoothly with both internal teams (HQ, office staff, and warehouse personnel) and external partners or clients. Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to assist wherever business needs arise. High level of organizational ability and accuracy in documentation and process management. Culturally aware and able to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment (most office members are Asian).

3. Working Conditions



Visa: Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK Recruitment: Full-time / contract worker 12 months, renewal possible after contract expiration Annual Salary: ?40,000-45,000 Working hours: 7.5hours/ 5 days (9AM-5:30PM / 1 hour Lunch break) Holiday: 21 days (Plus bank holidays and public holiday) Insurance: Provision of health insurance in accordance with local labor laws Recruitment period: till 31st of December 2025
