Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Contract Supervisor to join our team in Liverpool Street, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering reactive and planned mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance services to a prestigious bank in London. As a Contract Supervisor, you will provide effective line management to a team of Technicians while maintaining a proactive customer interface to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer care. Your role will involve upholding Facilities Services\xe2\x80\x99 systems and procedures, health and safety standards, quality assurance, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Technicians complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work within agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLA), while keeping PPM backlog at a manageable level.
• Oversee and verify completed work and documentation by Technicians to ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Provide guidance to Technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting major faults.
• Estimate costs for reactive and small project work and supervise their execution.
• When necessary, assist with PPM workload to meet SLAs and respond to out-of-hours emergency callouts.
• Deliver exceptional building services (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment, prioritizing outstanding customer service and providing mentorship to team members.
• Ensure continuous coverage in accordance with the Contract/SLA and assist with leave planning.
• Maintain contract compliance and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience, ideally as a Lead Engineer/Supervisor, with a strong background in Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic manufacturers\xe2\x80\x99 systems, performing PPMs in accordance with SFG20 or equivalent standards, and possessing advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency in supervising reactive repairs and small projects.
• Experience in maintaining statutory and mandatory compliance records and certifications, including uploading them onto service systems.
• City and Guilds Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical or Multi-Skilled disciplines; other relevant formal qualifications will also be considered.
• Familiarity with safe systems of work procedures, including Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), etc.

Please note that this role is based on our client site, a bank, and therefore, a condition of employment will include undergoing an Enhanced DBS and credit check, which will be facilitated.
