Main Responsibilities:

Working in a fast paced poultry processing plant your role will be to help implement and run the new poultry cutting and trimming machines and to ensure other machinery is functioning correctly, to enable a smooth and efficient production run.

Main responsibilities:

To keep the machinery functioning correctly to enable a smooth and efficient production run Ensure the correct set up and efficient operation of the machines throughout production runs Monitor and maintain a continual visual check during the shift Report any deficiencies to machinery or products Ensure the all is correctly set up and signed off before start Ensure 'good manufacturing practice' to maintain quality standards to customer specifications

Ideal Candidate:

Have the ability to meet targets i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste. Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff Be thorough and methodical Be self-motivated Maintain high personal standards Be comfortable working with raw meat in a chilled and pressurised environment
