Machine Minder - 40 Hours

Factory Based

2pm - 10pm

Deeside

13.38/hour + shift allowance

The rate of pay is

13.38 per hour, 535.20 per week, 27,830 per year

plus opportunities for over time ,

paid weekly.

Duties:

Work in accordance with our Health and Safety policy at all times. Ensure production lines are set up and tested ready for production shifts. Ensure all depositors are built up correctly for use on the production lines and is a serviceable condition. Ensure all the production lines operate & function efficiently. Keep tool sets in clean working order. Checks on all Ink Jet coders are started up correctly, ink and solvent levels are kept topped up when required First response in diagnosing problems with machinery and equipment in a safe manner. Liaise with shift engineers to aid a rapid response to breakdowns. Maintain a high standard of all machinery and equipment. Look to make continuous improvements to line efficiency and reliability. The role is not exclusive to machine minding. Other duties can be requested of you in the area. Carry out PPM's Keep your work area tidy - The High Care machine room and all other areas.
