opportunity has arisen for two vacancies in our newly created

Machine Setter

role within the Engineering team at

Cranswick Gourmet Bacon

.

Your role will be to proactively support and maintain site processes, plant and systems to allow the business to operate efficiently within customer requirements Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations

You will closely liaise with production, operations and quality functions communicating and providing accurate updates and information to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of the Engineering function to satisfy the needs of the business.

Candidate requirements include:

Assisting engineers in day to day duties

Assisting in changeovers and line optimisation including set up for the day

Assisting production within skill set on breakdowns reactive issues

PPM and work order completion

Greasing and oiling schedule completion to OEM/PPM requirements

Reactive and planned support across the site

Completing all above and requirements within H & S, Food Safety and Hygiene requirements

Blade and Tooling Optimisation

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Background and proficiency in an engineering trade or aptitude.

Minimum of 3 years hand on experience preferable within the food industry.
