Job Description

This technical operator role is within our factory Cleanroom and requires a very high level of physical health and fitness to operate our specialized machinery. As a machine operative you are essential in our manufacturing process, ensuring the quality of product and efficient operation of machinery and equipment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our overall production goals and mission statement.

This is a permanent role with an employment contract, Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, plus there is overtime available. You will be on a fixed hourly rate, with a generous production bonus which is easily attainable.

We are a family owned company based in East Grinstead, we are looking for someone to join our team. We will train you in all aspects of the machine operation, hygiene, health and safety, and quality so that you can be a success. There is plenty of opportunity to advance in the company if you wish.

Full PPE will be provided, and there is a high level of cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day to ensure staff safety .
