The Role: Production Operator

We are currently seeking Production Operators to join our team in Grimsby. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing products in line with technical specifications and quality standards, using machinery efficiently and following set operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Conversion machines Follow work instructions to meet production targets and standards Carry out safety start-up checks on machinery Run the Bimec slitting machine under supervision Record production data accurately on quality documentation Segregate and bag waste materials appropriately Minimise waste and report any process deviations Provide clear and accurate handovers at shift changes

Shift Pattern

Enjoy a unique shift schedule that provides 7 days off every 14 days:

Week 1: 5 day shifts

Week 2: 2 day shifts

Week 3: 5 night shifts

Week 4: 2 night shifts Y

our pay is averaged across 43 hours per week, ensuring consistent earnings even during lighter shift weeks.
