Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our small by dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the manufacturing process with main focus on brand new packing line.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met. Perform routine machine, packaging and product checks Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating equipment. Playing a key role in optimising production efficiency. Packaging and labelling products for shipment Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines Following and advocating safety procedures and regulations Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery effectively. Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Demonstrable skills with time management and task management Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a logical approach to troubleshooting machinery issues. A proactive attitude towards safety practices in the workplace FLT licence required Telehandler licence advantageous.
