Overview

We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience to transition into a press operating role .

You'll be trained to operate aluminium press machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to our high-quality manufacturing output.

The starting salary is 12.21 per hour. Upon completion of training and a performance review, the salary will be increased.

Working hours: Rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights

What We're Looking For:

A solid work history Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Reliability and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Operate press machines used in the production of aluminium components Load materials and set up machines for production runs Monitor quality and dimensions during the production process Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment Follow health and safety procedures at all times Accurately complete production records and logs Work as part of a team to meet production targets
