We are a leading UK manufacturer of pastry and dough products based in a brand-new state-of-the-art food manufacturing plant based in Corby. We proudly supply a wide range of pastry, pizza dough and ready to bake cookies to all retailers in the UK.

The Role

Due to major site investment, we are looking for 12 operatives with previous experience in the food manufacturing environment to join our day 12 hour panama shifts (6am to 6pm ) with an immediete start.

You can advance from the starting rate by completing training that will develop your skill set and understanding of the food manufacturing environment. You should take pride in your work, and understand the importance of maintaining high standards in line with HACCP and GMP.

Our Operatives

Maintain high level of performance Complete relevant documentation Follow system and standard operating procedures to a high standard Ensure quality checks, hygiene duties and GMP standards are adhered to Effective problem solving skills A keen eye and positive attitude to continuous process Good communication, both written and verbal

Packing and Machine Ops

Own and run a continuous production line Correctly set the machine to the required job and customer spec Maintain the performance of the machine Ensure the machine is in a safe working condition Meet quality and waste KPI's

Mixing Ops

Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients Mix to the required job and customer spec Ensure machine is in the correct, safe working condition Follow safe manual handling procedure, and ensure health and safety conditions are upheld
