Location:

Kirriemuir, Scotland (Please note: the factory will relocate to Dundee in the future)

Salary:

14.83 per hour

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Shift Pattern:

Sunday - Thursday - Nightshift (10pm-6am)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Machine Operatives

to join our production team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking company, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor textile machinery after training. Ensure productivity and quality across a set of machines. Perform routine quality checks and follow reporting procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in your work area. Work effectively as part of a team while also using your own initiative. Follow all health and safety protocols. Support continuous improvement and promote a "right first time" approach. Undertake other duties as needed to support the production process.

What We're Looking For:

A proactive and flexible approach to work. A strong focus on quality and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided.
