Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing environment. This role involves use of a slitter within a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Assemble parts and tools as required, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting issues with logic controllers. Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any operational challenges.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling and machinery operations. Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
