:

We are currently hiring for a

Machine Operator/Assembler

role in Ashford. The position involves working on various tasks such as Machine Operator, trimming, brassing, foiling, and assembling.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform trimming, brassing, foiling, and assembly tasks. Machine Operator Follow detailed work instructions and maintain product quality. Report any machine issues or quality defects to setters or chargehands. Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus. Ability to handle both manual and machine-supported tasks. Good attention to detail and quality control. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with flexibility for daytime work.
