Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to company policies regarding material handling, health & safety, quality, and housekeeping
Interpret inspection measurements in line with applicable specifications or procedures
Determine the most effective methodology for inspecting parts and suggest process improvements
Recommend acceptance or rejection of parts based on inspection outcomes
Investigate and determine corrective actions for nonconforming products using available data
Program, operate, and optimize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment
Recommend products and improvements suitable for CMM inspection
Conduct pre-operation and daily equipment checks as required
Examine machined products using mechanical and/or automated techniques
Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports
Support the resolution of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with the QC team and QA Manager
Provide inspection support across other areas when required
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience with Grant Prideco / Tenaris rotary shouldered threaded connections
ASNT Level II NDT qualification
Practical experience in similar inspection or quality control roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with Quality Assurance systems and procedures
Interpersonal Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and team collaboration
Proactive mindset towards continuous improvement
