Advice Space, formerly Citizens Advice Belfast, is all about making sure that advice services are accessible and available across Northern Ireland. We support clients in delivering quality services and speaking up for them where we can. We work with lots of other charities developing and delivering specialist advice services to their service users.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Macmillan team. You will be the first point of contact for access to the service, taking referrals and making appointments. You will record casework and liaise with a range of organisations.
You will need to be highly organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will understand the needs of vulnerable adults, working with empathy and sensitivity whilst ensuring confidentiality and GDPR is adhered to.
The successful candidate will hold GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and a qualification in IT. Alternatively, one-year proven experience in an administrative role.
