Digital Marketing Specialist

to join them.

We are a growing restaurant group with a dedicated in-house marketing team already in place. As our projects and ambitions continue to expand, we are excited to welcome a new Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on this journey. If you have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for building brands, we would love to hear from you. An appreciation of Korean culture is highly valued, as it helps us share our unique story in the most authentic way.

1. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Oversee and manage all aspects of our brand's social media platforms. Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Social Media Advertisement

Develop, manage, and optimise social media ad campaigns to maximise reach and engagement. Analyse ad performance data and implement improvements to meet marketing goals.

Event Planning & Management

Plan and manage simple brand events and promotions. Coordinate resources and track the success of marketing initiatives.

SEO Optimisation

Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility. Monitor and analyse website performance to enhance rankings.

Content Creation & Strategy (Preferred)

Propose and create compelling content aligned with our brand's voice, with a focus on incorporating Korean cultural elements when relevant. Collaborate on ideas to attract and engage our audience. Experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools) is a plus for designing marketing materials.

2. What we are looking for

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Experience in running and optimising social media advertising campaigns. Basic understanding of SEO practices and tools. Familiarity with Korean culture and the Korean language (Hangul) is highly desirable. Creativity and organisational skills for event planning and content ideation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up. Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

3. What We Offer

4. Work Permit Requirement

Applicants must hold a UK work permit valid for at least 6 months.
