We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently Repair or replace faulty components using electrical, or mechanical techniques Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and PLC programmes to diagnose problems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally

Experience

Proven experience in maintenance roles within industrial or manufacturing environments Skilled in maintenance and electrical systems repair Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs and diagnostics Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication with team members and clients Experience in customer service environments is a plus, demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
