Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to help us create an exceptional experience for our guests. You'll be part of a team that ensures every corner of our resort is in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and resort amenities. Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and fixture replacement. Support preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, lighting, fire and other mechanical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and resort staff. Inspect and maintain resort equipment, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and presentable. Assist with grounds maintenance, including landscaping equipment, irrigation, and pool systems. Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Work alongside contractors and service providers as required. Accurately record maintenance tasks, materials used, and any issues requiring attention. Provide on call support, this is done on a rota basis approx 1 in 7 weeks. Follow all resort safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
