Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role supports the upkeep of our accommodation, grounds, and facilities to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Duties:

General maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) Groundskeeping and landscaping duties Assisting with preventative maintenance checks and logistics across the property Responding promptly to maintenance requests Ensuring health & safety standards are met

Requirements:

Practical, pro-active, well-organised and fit for the outdoors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends are required Excellent communication and people skills Basic IT troubleshooting skills Cultural awareness and customer focused mindset At least 1 year maintenance experience in a commercial setting Valid Driver's license

Beneficial:

Previous experience in hospitality or resort maintenance. Familiarity with the systems and equipment in use at Finn Lough (heatboss, salto, spa equipment, water pumps, heatpumps, burners, car chargers, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment). Experience with boats, water sport equipment, vehicles, gof buggies, hot tubs, saunas, wellness facilities
