We are now seeking a
Maintenance Assistant
to join our team. In this role, you will support our Maintenance and Operations Manager with day-to-day jobs, such as:
Changing lightbulbs and carrying out small repairs
Building and assembling furniture
Stripping wallpaper and assisting with refurbishments
Making up beds and preparing properties for guests
Maintaining hot tubs (full training provided)
What we're looking for:
A practical, hands-on person with a positive, can-do attitude
Someone reliable, organised, and willing to take on varied tasks
Previous experience in property, maintenance, or a trade is helpful but not essential
A team player who can also work independently when needed
Key Details:
Weekend work will be required on a rota basis
This is a chance to be part of building the maintenance and refurbishment side of our business
A van or car may be provided once you have demonstrated your ability to help grow this area of the company
You must drive, own a vehicle, and have a clean licence.
