Repairs, paintwork, fire protection, occupational safety - as a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will therefore be responsible for:

Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work Monitoring the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities in the hotel Ensuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Qualifications

You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry? You will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades/building maintenance or be looking for a change of career Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technology Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations * Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together
