Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at maintaining various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and customers.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or maintenance needs. Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections. Painting, decorating and general upkeep of rooms and public areas General maintenance duties as required

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles preferred. Strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. Joinery and painting experience preferred Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with team members and customers. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.

Pay: 32,420.00-38,228.21 per year
